SDI-5360 11-Axis Gantry with Turntable (new)
This small 11 Axis Gantry with a 30″ diameter turntable is perfect for 3D composite parts, as well as circular parts such as nacelles and cowlings. It can be extended easily in the X direction, if needed. Without modifications, system can be ready to ship within 4 weeks.
SDI-5130 w/ Heavy Duty Turntable
This immersion tank is equipped with a 36″ turntable that has a 2,000 lb. capacity. Can be supplied with basic software or new disk inspection software with autocalibration, circumferential shear scans on sloped and curved surfaces, and more. Please see the drawing below for size details. Can be ready to ship in approximately 2 weeks.
SDI-5150-HP (New/in production as of July 2020)
This immersion tank passes the high precision requirements needed to inspect GE MRO engines. This will also come with all of our newest software features developed for MRO work. It is being made with a 36″ turntable with a 2,000 lb. capacity. As of July 1, 2020, it has about a 6-8 week lead time.
This is a rebuilt utility tank for general lab work. It comes with a 36″ diameter turntable with a 500 lb capacity. This is a low-cost option that can be delivered in approximately 8 weeks.
SDI-5620 Horizontal Scanner (New)
This flatbed scanner will scan flat panels up to 6’x14′. It has a stationary bridge and passes the part back and forth, which is the less expensive option than a moving bridge, but it does require more floor space. 4 weeks is required for assembly and testing before shipping.
SDI-5954 In-line Small Diameter Bar and Tube Inspection System (refurbished)
Also known as a “stuffing box system”, as configured, this is set up to take in bars approximately 0.5-2.0″ diameter. Minimum length is approximately 3′, it can take bars up to 30′ (or longer with extensions). With no modifications, this system could be ready to ship in 2-3 weeks.
