SDI-8125 160KV REAL TIME RADIOGRAPHIC INSPECTION SYSTEM
The SDI-8125 is a low cost real time radiography (RTR) systems for the inspection of a wide range of automotive and aerospace components. The system can be configured to meet operating requirements ranging from simple manual joystick control to fully automated in line inspection.
The system is fitted with a fully computerized five axis manipulator for parts weighing up to 50 lbs., available wheel inspection configuration with wheel rotation axis.
Optional automatic load/unload with auxiliary pick and place manipulators.
SDI-8130 320KV REAL TIME RADIOGRAPHIC INSPECTION SYSTEM
The SDI 8130 is a 320 kV real time radiographic system suitable for inspecting parts with a thickness up to 2.5 inches of steel. It is ideally suited for the majority of automotive and aerospace applications.
The system features a rugged enclosure system with heavy duty five axis manipulator and fully automated control of manipulator, shutters, X-ray generator, video processor, and recorder.
A heavy duty (450 kV) production system is available for larger components. Computed tomography is available as an option.
SDI-8150 SCAN-TRAX LD RADIOSCOPIC PIPE INSPECTION SYSTEM
The Scan-Trax LD Radioscopic Pipe Inspection System is designed to provide real-time x-ray inspection of longitudinally and circumferentially welded steel pipe with diameters ranging from 6 ft to over 20 ft.
It is ideally suited for use where the standard Scan-Trax moving pipe system is impractical due to the size of the pipe.
Supplied with a fully programmable extending manipulator and a remote RTR crawler system for the inspection of large diameter pipes. Computed tomography is available as an option.
